WHICH FORMS?

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE DIRECTION OF THE CORRECT FORMS WE NEED FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS,

I HAVE JUST BEEN LOOKING THROUGH THE GUIDES AND GOT MYSELF ALL FLUSTERED BECAUSE IT SAYS IF WE USE THE WRONG FORMS I CAN GET DEPORTED AND I DONT WANT THAT.

IM A UK CITIZEN, MY HUBBY IS US CITIZEN, I ENTERED USA ON A K1 VISA AND WE MARRIED IN MARCH (WITHIN THE 90 DAYS) EVERYTHING IS GOING FINE AND NOW WE HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO DO THE NEXT PART OF THE PROCESS, WE NEED IT RIGHT THOUGH...I DONT FANCY VISITING THE UK FOR ANY REASON...

I HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND I AM DOING MY DRIVING TEST IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, MY HUSBAND IS SORTING OUT ADDING ME TO HIS BILLS ETC...SO EVERYTHING SHOULD BE IN ORDER, I AM JUST CONFUSED AS TO WHICH ARE THE RIGHT FORMS FOR US.

i used the ucis link. im a little confused as to why the G325A prints 5 copies...do i need to complete 5 and send in? or is one enough?

Print all 4 copies and send them in.

It's a 4-part form so you'll need to send all four (they get separated and sent to different departments after submission).

I'm confused. My wife is here on a K-1 Visa. When I looked at the AOS Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

It indicates that we should also file a I-693a. There is no longer a I-693a so we just paid $75 for a Civil Surgeon to fill the appropriate parts of the I-693 as indicated in the I-693 Instruction Form (Part 1, Part 2 - vaccinations only, and Part 5). Was this unnecessary? My wife has her vaccination supplement completed, but the instructions on the guide indicate we should submit a I-693 form with the packet.

However, the link that was provided above, doesn't have the I-693:
