03-30-09 Approval notice sent

03-31-09 EAD sent for printing

04-01-09 EAD Card Mailed

04-04-09 EAD Card in Hand

04-07-09 Applied SSN ( need to wait a 10 days or 2 weeks to deliver)

01-15-2011 10 yrs Green Card Receive

10-25-07 -NOA2

11-01-07- My fiance got a letter from NVC that within 2 weeks Manila Consulate will send my Packet

11-20-07- Date of my Packet, actually the real one was earlier but it was sent somewhere, good thing my Fiance arrived to spent Thanksgiving day in Phils and we checked the status in Embassy.

11-23-07- Medical though the exact date was Nov. 29..

12-06-07- Interview

12-16-07- Visa in hand

01-16-98- Attended CFO

01-18-08- Arrived in USA , POE-Guam

03-16-08- Wedding

AOS

04-17-08- Submitted the AOS

04-24-08- NOA

05-13-08- Biometrics

05-27-08- Transferred to California

06-14-08- EAD card received

07-21-08- Date of AOS approval but got the letter July 24

No Interview, No RFE and Additional Vaccination( just used the SLEC medical docs)

07-22-08- Date of Permanent REsident CARd , got it July 29

07-31-08- apply for SSN

08-05-08-SSN delivery

01-12-09- First day of work(Thanks to Marielle and Mario)

Visa interview is as easy as 123. i think ur ready. Good Luck! JUST BE CONFIDENT.

My Tips....

1. staple together all the DS forms and also the interview schedule confirmation. first should be DS form with bank validation. dont forget to signed all the forms and glued ur visa pic. (u will be given a number....u will use for the whole process, then finger scanning.... ur name will be called via PA system)

2. for prescreening(done by a filipino personnel) u will be ask about ur fiance's name, age, address, his job, when did u met, # of days he visited u, when, etc.

u will give her(better prepare this separately so u will be ready... unlike me.... with my tense it really takes me some times to give her what she ask....because i bring 100 pcs of pics i cannot find my family pics with my fiance. hehehehe

* evidence of support(attached the employee's cert., bank accounts, paycheck)

* ur NBI clearance

* pictures together(5 pcs.include 1 with family)

* stamped letter from ur fiance'(3 pcs.)

* Divorce decree(if u have applicable)

* NSO BC

*CENOMAR

* Money transfer receipts

* telephone records

* emails

3. for the consular interview(10-20min)

dont forget to smile... greet her/him

she/he will ask almost the same questions like in the prescreening officer

most common questions from the consular: how u met.... tell ur story.... dont be ashamed. the consular officer most the time is very busy with ur papers... if she/he has nothing to ask.... then done and ur approved! wait ur visa for less than a week.

but n my case i was put on AR :wacko: because she ask me to submit another NBI clearance (i change 1 letter of my name in BC although it was been corrected already 3 years ago but still didnt match with my CENOMAR....good news is she assure me that she will give me the visa. Got my visa after 3 weeks. if ur n AR it will takes 2 weeks to 6 months to wait for ur visa.

4. window 37 (returned supporting documents) got a pinkslip and 22g form, paid DV for delivery.

Dont forget to pray. God is really, really good! again Good Luck.
