My fiance' has an interview date! July 10th and 11th! :D:dance:

For everyone applying at Naples: despite what the instructions say, you DO have to fax the consulate copies of the DS 156 and DS 156K along with the DS 230 and the checklist. My fiance' and I followed the written instructions and we hadn't heard from them for weeks. Then two days ago I finally spoke to someone directly in the visa office and she told me they need copies of the DS 156 and 156K too. Then I e-mailed the consulate to tell them we faxed the other documents and they scheduled us!

10/14/2006: NOA -- case transferred to CSC

10/30/2006: AOS approved without interview, greencard will be sent! :)

11/04/2006: Greencard arrives in the mail! :-D

... No more USCIS for two whole years! ...
