quick question...

my fiancee will be here next month and will be staying for months..we were hoping that we might the NOA2 while he is here.

when that happens, will he get something like a notice at his US address basically he will not receive it since he is out of the country?

we also have a lawyer...

one last question,he will bring his affidavit of support already..assuming that the interview will be on january..is it still valid?

thank you :)

The only thing he will get is the approval notice (I-797 / NOA2)

The Embassy is most likely going to want more current information regarding the income. There is no way to know if your NOA2 will come when you think it will and January is a little far off.
