thoughts on the interview

hello all. well, i was looking around on the forum and i came across someones experience in the interview. and she was having problems. then i got to thinking. if the sponsor has to show support. does the recipient also have to work ? the interviewer was asking her about her educational background and her job. and i was wondering. my fiancee, had to drop outta school to support her family .

so i guess ,my question is this. would it effect our outcome of the interview. if she had a poor educational background and not a good paying job?

or am i just thinking to hard on the subject?

As long as the the petitioner is earning 125% of the poverty line, should be ok.

It would not matter. But the petitioner should be able to provide proof that she will not be a charge to the US government.

if i approved this petition its because i believe you are a God fearing woman , sincere , ""educated person"" , i can see you answer well , you had a ""good job"" and ""i believe your education will give you a good job in the USA"" , and i strongly believed that this relationship is very sincere and i will give you the job to convince your fiance' to do from part time job to full time job, i know you are the woman who can help him and does he need you in his side to motivate him to do good , i can see and believe that you are not the kind of person that will allow yourself under welfare, i want you to prove to me when you get there in USA that you will not be a public charge, understand??? i said yes sir, thank you very much.
