Hi. My fiancee received packet 3 last week. We have completed the following:

DS-230 (Part I)

2x DS-156

DS-156k

I-134 Affidavit of Support notarized w/ supporting documents (letter from bank, employer, stocks list)

Checklist

My questions are:

1) On the checklist, it says do not send any documents except those above. But on one of the forms it says it requires other documents (birth certificate, police records). So as of right now she is sending only the documents above and nothing else. Is this correct?

2) DS-156 has a place to affix a photo. She has the photos. Should she glue them? Put them loose in the packet when she mails it? Just bring them to the interview?

3) The checklist stated that you should mail some forms immediately and the checklist only once you've gathered everything. We have everything already...can we mail it all back at once?

Thanks in advance! -Justin & Isabel
