Waiting for my visa. Anyone interviewed Sept. 11 and still waiting?

I suggest call the USEM every Monday or Tuesday to get updates. Coz when we called yesterday, we were told they pick up results every friday from NSO. Ill tell you my update once we call in again next Monday or Tuesday. We have the same interview date and both of our docs are with NSO still so im thinking we are prolly within the same batch .

I paid my DV on August 08, 2008, our inteview was September 10, 2008. USEM released our Docs Info for DV to Delbros August 29, 2008 (Friday), Delbros forwarded our Docs Info from USEM September 01, 2008. Lastly NSO released our DV on September 19, 2008 same day USEM received it. Hubby called today, per Lorraine our DV was reviewed by the Consul already and now for Visa printing, we shall expect visa comes on Friday or Monday. Ohhh, what a journey above all, THANKS TO GOD ALMIGHTY.

I had my interview last Sept. 11, got pink slip and white paper marked "wait until u hear from us" and and a docx1 written by the CO. they made me pay for document verification again. i already paid for it Sept. 8. i dont know why they ask me to pay on the day of my interview, maybe because i dont have the metrobank receipt with me during the interview. i also paid for the visa delivery fee. now i'm patiently waiting for my passport/visa and at the same time worried. I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. It's been more than a week and i'm counting the days. delbros tracking says "shipment in process at the embassy". Anyone going through the same thing? Please tell your stories.

hello guys.. buti nga kau weeks palang, me 1 month na wala pa rin.. got interview aug 20.. k3 visa bale 4 kami 3 ung kids ko, i got pink and white slip.. b4 my interview umuwi husband ko para sunduin nya kami kc kala nya 1 week lang release na visa namin. 1 month sya naghintay saamin, un umuwi nanaman sya na di pa rin kame kasama. i paid my dv 1 week b4 my interview.. imposible naman na hanggang ngaun wla pa rin ung result.. hay naku nakakapraning ang maghintay.. libangan ko na itong visa journey araw araw me nagbabasa ng mga experience... sana ung mga may gantong problema e post din nila if ever get na nila ung visa nila.. para my basehan tayo.. well to all of us... goodluck nalang.. sana matapos na itong pinagdadaanan ntin..

Everyone is sick and worried waiting for visa packet,just want everyone to know--this week is my 7th week of waiting with my 2 other kids(Augost 4th).Called USEM yest and our DV request form has been released to them by the NSO last Sept 16 after 1 month of DV at the NSO..In other words CO has it and only God knows when it's gonna be in my hand.My husband always remind me of being more patient and keep my faith..there are times i lost it and i just fuss over to the gov,but sad to say,i can't do anything but to wait.So,lets keep all our head up and think positive! This will all come along the way we all plan it..

thanks for your reply.. u relieved my worries.. di lang pala me ang may gantong sitwasyun.. pag my progress na sa papers mo let me know ha.. nakadepende pa rin pala sa CO natin kung kailan nila aprobahan.. nakakapagod na din minsan maghintay minsan di ko nalng iniisip, nililibang ko nalng sarile ko. sobramg late na mga bata sa schooling dun.. naaawa na din me sa hubby ko kc masyado syang nalungkot nung di nya kame nakasama.. isa lang naman pangarap ko sa buhay ang makompleto ang family ko matagal na din na malayo sya sa amin.. sana naman next week dumating na, dingin na sana ni lord prayers ko.. haaayyy...

waiting makes me feel like i'm sick. and soooo paranoid. i called the embassy pero hindi ako makaconnect laging nasa phone daw yung tao sa extension na yun.

when did u check? minsan ayaw ko na magcheck kasi nadidisappoint lang ako kasi walang kamatayang "shipment is in process at the embassy' everytime i check. when did u pay for the DV? kasi ako one day before ng interview ko. (sigh)

My wife also had her interview September 11 and was asked to submit her passport, pay the delivery fee and got the pink slip only.

It has been almost 2 weeks now and still nothing from the embassy. She paid the DV fee around the first of August and after calling the call center (which is a joke) they also said to call them back in 4-6 weeks.

What Visa did you apply for? My wife applied for a CR1 Visa.

Things will be faster now that we are not all calling and bugging them. I just wish they had a more informative and accurate system. Has anyone gone over the 6 weeks? How much longer? Did you call the embassy, and what did they say about that? I'd hope that they would get involved and give more information after the 6 weeks of patient waiting.

Delbro's message "shipment in process at the embassy" is bad information- our DV is with NSO right now. That message needs to be changed to reflect accurate information.

I have not had any problems with the call center. But from what I've read, it seems to be a mix of agents needing additional training and the fact that their computer screen really doesn't give them much information. But calling 3 times and receiving different/conflicting information is grounds for the call center's contract to be termination.

I say we all boycott this system and use the other one. Oh I forgot, this is the only system.
