she put the wrong birthplace of her mother

hello everyone, well i want and seen my mahal ko. came back and was planning on filing her k-1. and an unexpected situation came up. and i had to look for another job. anyway, i have her forms and she asked me last night to look at them. because ,she thought that maybe put the wrong city down for her mothers birth of place. well. she did!!

my question, and i know this is a stupid one. can you get by with this. or do i have to have her fill them out again and have them rushed to me and have to wait another couple of weeks to get it?
