Case lost at embassy

:crying: Since my Husband's interview on 6/23/08 we are waiting for the visa. He was told he is approved and needed to submit additional documents. He submitted the documents but no word on the visa status. My husband called the Dhaka embassy but was told to send email for questions.. I emailed the embassy last month and again last week. I received no response back. I called DOS today and they said the embassy never sent it to them for processing. I am not sure what to do next. Any advice on this issue?
