June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Ya know, I think I have to agree w/ some of the other ladies about having a "dated" daily thread instead of one you have to sift through.... dunno... I like the simplicity of it better - I'm voting for going back to the other way of doing this "daily thread thingie" ;)

As for my Friday, well, Good Morning! I have an ultra busy day at work, then a private gig tonite and hope to get some rest b/c I slept horribly last nite.... if you can call that sleeping - uggghhhh! Must have caffeine soon!

Have a good day everyone... and as usual, I hope those phones start ringing!

Daily phonecalls, discover internet chatting w/ video cam - OMG!!!

March 25-April 14, 2006 Noura's 2nd trip to Morocco - formal engagement w/ family

April 24, 2006- mailed in K1 Visa package - TSC

Oct 5, 2006 - Interview SUCCESS

Oct 12, 2006 - Called to pick up visa tomorrow!

Oct. 16, 2006 VISA IN HAND!

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

All righty, tomorrow the first person makes a new Saturday thread :yes:

Sitting at work, waiting for 4:30 to roll around. I'm on a roll and back in the running game. My firm is sponsoring a "team" for Madelyn's Pacemaker 5000 in 3 weeks and I signed up. I won't be too fast, but since it's a run/walk race, I won't be the last person to cross the finish line. I can't wait until tonight when I can pull on my running shoes and hit the streets.

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

October 7, 2005 Waiting and waiting and waiting

October 11, 2005 NOA2 yeeeaaah we are approved

October 13, 2005 Petition left for NVC, where on our way now

October 14, 2005 Touched Again. I don't get it

October 17, Recieved NOA2 Via Snail mail

October 24, RecievedNVC case #

October 27, Petition Shipped to Embassy

October 31, Embassy received petition

November 1, Embassy called to set up fingerprint appointment

November 4, Fingerprint appointment

November 23, Fingerprint check results came in - Thumbs up

November 30, Fiance picks up packet 3

December 1, Medical exam

December 5, Call embassy to set up interview date

December 5, Pick up medical results

December 28, embassy tells us they screwed up

January 23, Interview date

january 23, Need a waiver 601 and 212

January 31, Turned in Waivers

February 27, Waiver sent to Athens, (Took long enough)

Just got a call from Icey. Hachemi made it to Reghaia and is visiting with her and Yacine. He went to get the infamous documents that Icey tried to burn. :lol: Thanks Icey for delivering them safely into Hachemi's hands. :thumbs:

I got home from Pensacola last night. My daughter went to the Dr and she and the baby are doing well. He put her on modified bedrest so now she can get up and do things but has to rest a lot during the day.

one o'clock in the afternoon and i feell as though i wil pass out. i am extremely heat tolerant, but the AC quit yesterday after our 1st storm (on 1st day of hurricane season to boot!)

waiting for my AC guy to come over... probably just a breaker,but what to do when you can't get through it because of many boxes, etc. in the way? :huh:

please please please don't let it be the outside unit!
