If you don't have your W2s, then the best thing is to request TAX TRANSCRIPT for the years you need from the IRS. These are free of charge and that is pretty much all you'll need.

Go with the tax transcripts - as mentioned. They're free and will certainly do the job for your RFE.

ok i was stupid last night when i read the RFE and i was worried that it was going to take a long time to get my W2s. but after settling down a bit i read the RFE again and they just asked for my most recent years W2. when i saw that i was happy cuz thats the only W2 i still have lol. anyways i mailed them out today, they should have them in 2 or 3 days. soemthign kinda weird though, it said the mail them to Lees Summit MO. i wasnt even aware my AOS was sent there and i would also thought mine would have been sent to a Texas service center. anyone else have there AOS sent to missouri?

All AOS applications go to NBC in MO. Some are later transferred to CSC but none are processed in Texas or anywhere else for that matter.

We mailed in our AOS today and just included the tax transcripts for 3 years. I hope we don't

get a request for W-2. I had them for 3 years for the I-129 K1 Visa but thought that it didn't matter this time

from what the instructions said. Oh well......we will see.

If you love me, then I have everything I need
