Okay so we're filling out the G-325A and he can't remember exact dates of when he started working but he knows it was more than 5 years. The instructions says to put unknown but too many unknowns on the form could make it so it's sent back. So we called and asked and get "i can't tell you that. we leave it up for your discresion".

I keep getting answers like this so here I am again on this board lol. He can guess at the year but again, it'd be a guess. Should he just put unknown?

Do the best you can.... Instead of exact dates use months 6/2002 or just years 2002.....
