After getting mixed answers from everyone, I thought I'd ask my question here since some of you have done this process already =)

I'm filling out the I-129F and I noticed somewhere that it said I had to also fill out a G-325A for both myself and my fiance. Now they're saying we don't send it in with the I-129F. So I'm not sure what to do. Can any of you shed some light on this? Thanks =)

You need to send the I-129F and a G-325A with your info and signed by you and another G-325A info for your fiancée and signed by him/her. The G-325A has 4 pages total, so make sure you both signed all 4 pages.

You may be confusing I-134 with the G-325A.

You DONT send I-134 in with I-129F, but you DO send in two G-325As with the I-129F.

You may want to :guides:http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

Who gave you THAT advice? USCIS needs both forms as specified, with multiple copies of the G-325-A, each copy signed.

USCIS 800 line is also know as the MISINFORMATION line, now you found out. The Guides on VJ are well prepared, just follow them and use the example forms.

we dont call it the misinformation line for nothing. ;)

read the guides...go down the checklist. It's really that simple.

Lol I agree with that now. And idk if it's just me but on the guide, I found it funny that the first thing you do on the checklist is the payment...

Definitely true! My friend called that number 3 times and got 2 different answers. Unfortunately, he went with the "2 out of 3" answer, which turned out to be incorrect, and mailed his I-129F to the wrong service center. That added about 5 months to his timeline waiting for them to tell him it was the wrong location, then try to find his paperwork (they lost it) so that they could mail it back to him so he could mail it to the right service center.
