My AOS Fee bill is still IN PROCESS it hasnt been paid...should I wait to mail in the I-864 first and then pay the IV bill?

The IV bill is generated once the DS-3032 is in their system. When you check the online system does the IV bill state "Not Paid" or not invoiced? The AOS fee will probably show paid on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest but you should get all the documents for the AOS package ready and send it once you can print the barcode sheet. You should also have your wife send you all the documents required for the DS-230 to have that ready in time. Goodl luck

Yeah the IV bill says "NOT PAID", well i'm getting ready to send the I-864 and the supported documents whenever the status of my AOS fee bill changes to "PAID", yeah my wifes working on her documents. The police said they need something to show that this PCC is being requested so I might have to fax the NOA2, if she can find me a god d2amn fax number.
