If your K-1 visa and you will file I-765 concurrently with I-485 put ( c ) (9).

What is the question? Please tell us the question otherwise we are forced to look it up.....

If married and filing I-485 then it is C ( 9) otherwise A (6)

hummmmmmmmmmmm talking about the I-765, on the USCSI website, the form to downoad is expired since Agust 30, can I still use this one? There is no other form available.....

The official source of forms is the USCIS website. Until they post an update that is the official source of tha latest forms.

FWIW, For OMB purposes it has expired but not for USCIS purposes.
