FINALLY got an interview date!!! It will be on October 7th!!! We are thrilled!!!

Here is run down of our process.........

August 13th, 2008 - I filed the petition for my husband at the US Consulate in Jerusalem. (They collected the I-130, G-325's and the DS-230 part I. After she created a file for us, she handed us the checklist and said to gather everything and complete the medical and to return the signed portion of the checklist as soon as we had gathered everything. My husband ordered his police certificate, and did his medical test that day!)

August 19th, 2008 - We mailed the checklist to the Consulate.

August 26th, 2008 - Embassy received the checklist.

September 23rd, 2008 - Emailed Consulate to check on status and they replied with an interview date of October 7th, 2008!!!

We are soooooooo excited, and will be sure to update everyone after the interview!!

02/23/2006 - sent I 129 to VSC (first step done!) 07/13/2006 - received Visa!
09/22/2006 - civil marriage in New York City
10/05/2006 - sent AOS papers to VSC
12/11/2006 - Welcome Letter and GREEN CARD in Mail!!!!!! Lets' party!!!!!
09/24/2008 - sent Removal of conditions package to VSC
07/02/2009 - received 10 year Green Card! YEAH!!!!! Finally!
2014 - Citizenship
