i got my visa as k3 visa and i came here to usa on first of august and i submited for i765 and i485

and im waiting for work authorizationmore two months

and will wait for my green card will be avialable for two years and it might happened after 6 months since i submitted

and i heared that i can get green card for 10 years if we got two anniversary for our marriage and it will be in next january

so here my question could i change and submitt again for green card 10 years even im holding green card for two years

i hope to get right answers

Unfortunately, you cannot reply just because you want to get a 10 yr green card. You have stated that you just filed I-485. If it gets approved before your second marriage anniversary then you will get a conditional greencard and will have to apply for removal of conditions. If you are approved after the second anniversary of your marriage then you would automatically get 10 year green card.
