I just wanted to thank everyone who has helped me over the last 2 years with the whole migration. I had my intervie won tuesday in St Paul and it went great, no more than 10 mins and he stamped my passport. One less thing to worry about and no more USCIS for 2 years. That is if i receive the green card in the mail. Well thanks to all that helped and good luck to all of those who are still playing the waiting game. enjoy the ride and seriously dont worry about it, its not worth it.

05 Dec 2005 - Received Drivers License

05 Dec 2005 - Received letter to revoke my license for not proving resident status.

06 Dec 2005 - Applied for new Drivers License with NOA1

13 Dec 2005 - RFE concerning AOS

21 Dec 2005 - AOS touched (120-180 days)

07 Mar 2006 - Biometrics Apt for EAD & AOS

08 Mar 2006 - EAD touched

14 Mar 2006 - EAD approved online

16 Mar 2006 - EAD received in mail

25 Mar 2006 - AOS interview letter

01 Apr 2006 - Go my first job!!!!

23 May 2006 - AOS Interview - Approved

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
