people that come to AMERICA like me get married fast in AMERICA, then a lot of people like me want to return home to get married again in front of their friends, if they return within 6 months is there anything especial to do to get permission to travel outside of AMERICA back home?

I hope to get some help here.

Yes - if you're travelling before you have received your green card, you need something called Advance Parole. It is applied for when you apply for your EAD and green card at AOS.

If you leave before the advance parole is issued, you will not get back into the US and have to apply for a new visa, starting all over again.
