I welcome this site and very new ... You have no idea how glad i am to of found you.

I am pretty nervous, have been stressed for months looking for hope and a shed of light somewhere in this whole process of high tech babble so I can try and reunite with the most wonderful man in the world to me...

This is our story ( the brief version): )

Jason and I had met almost 10 years ago online and has been my best friend and soul-mate ever since. I used to live in Alberta Canada and would see him in PA,USA as often as i could (a four day bus trip) till that was not good enough we decided the border was the best place to continue our friendship. I up and moved to Niagara Falls ON. Upon a visit last year (a big mistake but made me the happiest woman alive) Jason had come for a visit to spend my birthday with me and well one good thing lead to another and before we new it he was here for 9 months although not legally...

I just thought who is it hurting he was staying with me i was supporting him and wreaking all the benefits of well just being in love. till Jason had to go back home and upon trying to re enter Canada was turned away at the border and I haven't stopped crying and my life hasn't been good ever since ...

We have decided to marry and i am to move to PA Yay but have no idea where to go from there , a side note he is still living at his parents place and not working so cant support me in this amazing adventure I have worked always to support myself but would still need to work upon arriving . I feel so lost and i'm all alone here, i miss him terribly and cant live without him in my life....can anyone help Please?

Welcome to the site.

Your options are either to have him move to Canada or you can move to the United States. Since it seems you've already choosen to move to the US, it seems two of your options would be a fiancee visa or a spouse visa. The spouse visa would, of course, required that you two be married.

Read the guides that are in the "Guides" tab at the top. That should answer most questions.

Before this starts, be aware that Jason will have to sign an affidavit of support for you, stating that he is financially responsible for you during your initial period in the US. This requires him to have an income that is 125% of the poverty level. If he does not have the funds, his parents can co-sign for him. Hopefully they won't mind doing it, as a few members on here have mentioned that their families did not approve and would not co-sign for them.
