Us citizen, petitioned for wife to USA ( IR1 )from Colombia. Application now at NVC. Now my wife has custody of two boys under 14 years of age. I need to send in two more I-130's for them, so they can all come together. Does anyone know what all I need to send in with these two new applications ? I will ask for an expedite, but not sure what to send.

10-16-2008 (NOA1)Received Calif service center

10-19-2008 (touch)

10-25-2008 (NOA2) I-130 approval sent to NVC

02-10-2009 Interview

The evidence requirements are exactly the same that you would have previously submitted for your wife, just the benneficiary is different.

YMMV

To answer your question, yes, you do have to file out a I-130 for each child, as well as pay the 355 for each I-130...i am in the same situation, I didn't know that I had to file a seperate I-130 for my step son (12 y/o) and our case should be complete this week at NVC, we had originaly planned on my wife coming first and the son following 2-3 months later, so after we get the interview date I plan on filing the I-130 for him and requesting an expedite...the 2-3 months may turn into 6-7 months if the expedite is approved, maybe longer, hopefully not...good luck
