Ok so we have interview date finally and all less than a month away....so now latest concern is has anyone ever been denied entry at POE with a K1 in hand?! If so why?!

We are so scared after Gareth got turned away before but that was on a 6 month visa not a fiance' visa!

awe (F) this process brings a lot of insecurity's to everyone but from what i hear being turned away on visitor anything has nothing to do with fiance visa.........just try to take a breath and relax........u guys gonna be ok........still have u guys in my prayers dont worry i think both of u will be fine and very soon he will be home with u

Oh my god!!!! dont tell me there is another obstacle we need to go through :o:o:o:o I thought that everything was ok until the interview date!!!!!!

When entering the US with a fiance(e) visa it would be a really bad idea to talk about finally seeing your wife or husband. Being married would disaqualify one from entering the USA with a K1 visa. Otherwise, if you haven't lied about something, there's really nothing to worry about.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
