Folks,

My spouse has applied for the adjustment of status but is on K3. Does anyone know the process to get SSAL 676? it seems to be the requirement for K3 visa. any direction or insights would be greatly appreciated.

No, not until EAD or GC is approved.

No, not until EAD or GC is approved.

SSAL676 = non availability of SSN - So do you know what's the process to get a formal letter that a person is not eligible for SSN?

Contact your local SSA office, they can probably give you formal notice (since they are the ones who define eligibility).
