You will most likely get an RFE for the pics, so it will only stall the application a bit. Not really a big deal because there's nothing you can't do with the 2 year GC that you can do with the 10 year GC.

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

Apr. 6/05... DS-230, Part I faxed to Vancouver Consulate

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Sept. 7/05... I-485 & I-131 sent to CLB

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

thanks for your comment...I am expecting same thing...but when you check that form i-751. It shows you have to submit initial evidence. I sent all other documents which we can think of. But Idont know how i forgot my own pictures to send.

I dont know how I did it...But it happened....I forgot to send passport size pictures alongwith my I-751 forms.

Any body knows what happens. Would they ask pictures straight or will send package back.

HI! If you have filed your I-751 with Nebraska Service Center,they should send you the yellow letter shortly ,where you will be asked to attcah the Original Caonditional Card to the bottom of the letter and 2 passport photos and you can include all other relevant evidence if you haven't already done so.

So if you didn;t send passport photos with I-751 ,you will have one more chance to do that very soon ,i hope.

I have sent to Vermont Service center as I live in east coast so ...I dont know how VSC will behave if you do this mistake....I have still 2 months if they send whole package back I can send back to them in my time limit...

Don't feel so bad. I forgot to send the check! The Nebraska Service Center sent everything back to me and I had to resend the whole package along with a check. My snafu cost us about 2 weeks.

hmm...I think if you forget to send check that means its understood you will be getting package back coz thats imp. thing to start a process like u need to send a copy of your CPR card....but it is good everything went well for you...I am happy for you....take care and thanks for posting your thoughts
