Best way to get in contact with London Embassy

NVC has informed my fiance that our Visa is on it's way to London. What is the best possible way to get in contact with them that I have now moved to another address as I dont want the packet 3 sent to the wrong place?

I had the exact same issue, and it was very simply resolved. Simply email them at LondonConsular@state.gov explaining the situation, and enclosing your LND case number. You will get an automated reply telling you that your email has been deleted without being read, but this is not true - they do read it - and you should get a reply acknowledging your change of address within 2-to-3 days.

That's what I did, and it worked just fine (and much cheaper than a £1.50-a-minute phone line, too!!)

Have to agree with Damian...I had reason to email them and included the LND reference in the title line of the email - got the automated message saying noone is going to read or respond but a few days later I got a reply. Easiest way to ask the question plus you get something in writing that you can print off and keep in case of any queries later.
