Does the Islamabad embassy send out packet 3s? Or should I just send them everything myself to save time.

NVC forwarded my I129F application on Septmeber 16th, how do I know when it reaches Islamabad and when I should expect packet 3 / or send it in myself.

K3 Visa

I-130 Sent : 2008-01-22

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-02-13

I-130 Approval : 2008-09-08

I-129F Sent : 2008-03-03

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-03-04 (Received in post : 2008-03-18)

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-09-08

NVC Received : 2008-09-15

NVC left: 2008-09-16

Embassy received: Around 2008-09-23

Package 3.5 received: 2008-10-08

PAckage 3.5 sent: 2008-10-09

Medical: 2008-11-10

Interview date: 2008-11-24

Date of entry into US: 2008-12-14

they will send you the pakect 3 and then you should send the documents. if you want to know abt ur case reach i islamabad embassy or still in nvc .its a gud advice please call the embassy in islamabad .

NVC FOR IR2 (I-130)

12/13/06 - NVC receives petition and case # assigned.

March 20th 2007 - CASE COMPLETED!!! Thanks ALLAH

March 25th 2007 - Case fwd to Islamabad embassy

US EMBASSY Islamabad

Nov 05th 2007 - Medical Appointment

Nov 19th 2007 - INTERVIEW IN Islamabad (APPROVED PUT ON AP)

Dec 15th 2007- AP CLEARED IN 27 DAYS

Dec 26th 2007 - Visa Printed in Islamabad embassy

Jan 17th 2008 - ALHAMDULILLAH VISA IN HAND

feb 10th 2208 - arrived in USA

USA LIFE

feb 12th 2008 -apply for Social Security Card

Feb 20th 2008 -Received Social Security Card in Mail

Feb 21th 2008 - Apply for State ID (ID Card) got same time

Feb 29th 2008 - Wel Come To USA Letter Received In Mail

March 07 2008 - Green Card Recevied With vild for 10 years

March 10 2008 - Open Bank Account And Got Account Number same time

March 12 2008 - Admission In a English School to learn english

Mach 12 2008- Apply For the JObs

April 03 2008 - apply for driving licence and get same day

Oct 01 2008 Got a JOb

You can also call Department of State (202-663-1225 – Option 1 – Option 0 to speak to specialist) to inquire whether the embassy has received your case. Once they have received your case, beneficiary can go personally to embassy to submit the packet 3 documents or mail them (then call embassy or DOS to confirm that they have received it).

Once they receive the packet 3, call DOS again within 2-3 days to inquire about the packet 3 and ask if packet 4 has already been sent.
