I am sending out my DS230 and I have made a checklist of documents to submit.

Bar-coded cover sheet

2 Passport-sized photographs of the beneficiary

Completed and signed form DS-230, Part 1, by the beneficiary

Completed and unsigned form DS-230, Part 2

Photocopy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary's passport

Original birth certificate of the beneficiary

Original translation of birth certificate of the beneficiary in English

Original marriage certificate of the beneficiary and the petitioner (already in English)

Original police certificate(s) of the beneficiary (already in English)

No divorce/military papers because none of them apply to my case

Am I missing anything????

Also, Do I have to submit photocopies of these documents?

Everything looks good.

Just wondering since you are from India did you get police certificate from passport office as per India reciprocity

Yep. I included the cover letter. I also got 2 passport certificates: one from local police station. One from passport office.

Local passport certficate is really really crappy looking. The police certficate from passport office looks very nice and official looking.
