just a motherly advice for u my friend. i give birth to my son when i was 22 yrs old, i i thought a first it will be a hard journey for me cuz im far from my husband, yes i have my mom here, my dad but they are both busy. but as a mother u can always do everything when it heart and brain desire that u can take good care of your baby w/o ur mom beside u. for me the better stage for baby to take good care is when they dont know how to walk yet, by that u will have less stress. be positive that u can make it, try to work for your USC first then after than everything will went smooth for u to petition your mom, and for sure will be able to work too. also talk to your hubby i know the first 1 month will be new for u and u probably needing a helping hand for that, if hubby work long hrs try to let him adjust it so he can be with u at home and able to help u with the baby. i know u can make it, cuz i did it alone w/o my hubby by my side, now our son is trunign 3 and we are waiting for our visa finally. go girl kaya mo yan.

When is your due date? You can try to bring her as a visit visa but she have to show like land titles and bank savings to get approved. But however if you have your greencard, you can petition her but dont know how long it will it take.

Prepare yourself to be alone.. Its not that hard as you think.. I am a mother itself and expecting again..

Goodluck!

only a USC can petition a parent. LPR can only petition spouse and children.

If you can get her to Mexico, You can smuggle her across the border like the other 13 milliion illegal aliens in USA.

Once you make it into the USA, very rare they will make an Illegal Alien leave. You must commit a major crime or felony.
