my husband filled I-864A for his dad and his brother as extra income but not our house's primary income

NVC asked us to get his brother certificate we only have wallet paper coz his brother born abroad not in USA now i nedd to know is this going to delay our visa

my interview will be in Octobar plz guys help me

I am not sure I understand your question... is your husband petitioning for you, and has both his father and brother as co-sponsors, but you can't proof the brother uis a US citizen as he wasn't born in the US? If so, if the brother now has a US passport you can send in a copy of that as proof.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If your father in law makes enough money or has assets that can be counted into according to i-864 guideline, then yes you can use your father in law as the only joint sponsor.

Whoever you choose as a sponsor you will have to show that they are US citizen and maintains a domicile in USA.
