A Question About DOS

Mohammed wanted me to call DOS today. *gulp* Wasn't sure I was up to that monkey business at all right now, but did it anyway. They said yes the lease received and documented as such. (whew) They also said there was some "activity" on 5/17 but they had no way to know what. We are still "pending processing". Well, duh... (it was so lovely... she used the terms "processing", "review" and "adjudication") They should just use one term only... "hell".

Is this what everyone means by a "touch"? Any idea just what this could be?

I know I shouldn't be speculating, it's really a waste of energy, but it's hard not to. Thanks.

When people here say "touched", it means that their online case status was updated, but there was no change. Basically you know that they're at least looking at your application, even if it's not yet completely processed.

If what the DOS lady's computer system shows her is similar to what we see in our online updates, I suppose it's possible that she may have been able to see that someone looked at your case, but there wasn't enough detail to say exactly what happened.
