I would suggest that you advise the authorities that you will not be using the K1, it sounds like you are intent on going to the states by any means possible.

Just have a thought for all of the members here who are in truely in love and desperate to be with their partner, the more people who are found using the K1 to get into the states fraudlently make it harder for all of us.

I would think long and hard before taking the next step.

If this had happened to me the last thing I would be doing is trying to find another way into the States, I would be to devastated trying to pick up the pieces of my life

Wow..im sorry to hear about your fiance leaving but you do seem concerened with living in the states rather than marrying the one you love!

You cant marry someone else when the K1 was issued for another person! And if you do marry someone else...its going to sound very very fishy to immigration that you have someone else and so quickly! I would let this idea go...

actullay my fiancee is the one asking me to come, for a visit and leave, she left because she couldn't wait that longer and i respect her wish, and i don't blame her,and being concerned about marriage with her,i spent more than a year planning for marriage and how it will goes, ceremony and where we will spend the honey moon,i still feel inside me she love me,but i can't push her to love me,we all deserve some happiness and you all been through the same long way, what will happen if your finacee tell you that she changed her mind, after you planning for all your future?and also,we had a really amazing beautiful love story, but everywhere, there is people who hate others happy.and i dont blame my friend for offering her help, after all it is something that only few,and i say really few people can offer.and thank you again for your concern.

I am very sorry but why does she want you to come as you have already said that she has left you for someone else?

Why would you want to go then? If it such an amazing love story and you are both in love then ask yourself why is she not with you anymore if she loves you is it not worth waiting for and you even have your visa

If it is true love then why are you considering marrying someone else?

You will see that VJ members are always concerned about how the other members are getting on, you will see by evey time someone has accomplished another step, the congratulations that they receive from people that have never even spoken to them before.

You should take a very long look at your situation before doing anything else, I love my finance and so if this process takes 5 years then so be it, I have found the one for me and he can not be replaced nor would I want to

Well, you could always come here and try to win your fiance back. Perhaps the time spent apart made her forget the feelings she had for you. By coming here you could remind her. If things dont go your way you can always return within the 180 days.

i dont remember if you say your country, but if Morocco you prob cant get visitor visa, we all have SO somewhere and none of them so desperate to come and marry someone else and worry about rules to stay. If she has disappeared, and has new bf then she has made her choice..if you have approved visa she would be ready for you to arrive...happy to see you...if she has searched for new bf she was not happy and chose to look elsewhere...im sure she does not talk of you to new bf..she goes on with her life as should you

and when you will be there visiting her what will her new man be doing?????

If she was unsure then she should have spoken with you about it or taken time out to sort out her true feelings not go off and find a replacement!

Sorry to sound so hard but I always say it how I see it

K1 visa holders are allowed a 90 day stay. If they don't marry the petitioner within those 90 days, they are to leave the USA. A visit to win back a fiance or any visit using the K1 is fine as long as you don't overstay.

A friend helping with a marriage certificate will only help this OP earn a ban on future entry to the USA for visa fraud and perhaps his police officer friend an ended career and even jail time.

Let me get this straight. Your fiance has moved on to another relatinoship, and you wish to come here and use the time permitted you to remain in the USA to regain her love? And a friend is willing to marry you while you are here, so that you have enough time to do that? Unfortunately, that marriage would not permit you to remain beyond the expiry date of the K-1 visa, regardless of her US nationality, as the visa you would be entering the USA on has certain requirements.

If you want to use the K-1 to come here and try to win your fiancée's love again, you have 90 days, and only 90 days to accomplish that. Thereafter, you would be required to return to your country, and apply for a visa to return (providing you accomplish your mission, that is)

your Fiancee probably find out you falled in love with the country than her so she move on even though you got your visa, I dont think theres nothing you can do to gain her feeling back again since she already choose not to marry you boy move the freak on with your life, dont you see that she doesnt care anymore, K1 visa cant say it more clean than that if you are no longer with the petitioner do not use that visa just let it expire and tell your friend to start a relationship with you and marry you in your country or file again for k1. that is your best option right now.
