If your fiance left you for someone else, you deserve something much better.

Secondly... do not come to the US to marry someone else just to be here. That is a BAD idea for a lot of reasons. If you want to be in the US I would suggest going the truthful route and applying for a visa in your home country.

I wish you the best.

Why would you not apply for a visitor visa to see your friend and then if you decide to marry you can do the process the right way?

I have a hard time believing your ex fiance is ok with you using the visa she processed for you. Does she know you plan on coming on this visa? She'd still be responsible for you. I have other thoughts as well but I will stick with what you've stated.

I understand your wanting to come to the US but do it the right way. Don't mess up your chance to be able to stay here in the future. Yes, there will be another wait but its the right and honest way to do it.

Best of luck.

A K-1 is a visa that allows you to enter into the US to marry the sponsor who's name is on your visa. Using that visa in any other way could possibly mean trouble.

BTW, you sound more concern with getting to the US, then hurt concerning your fiance running off, now u want to marry someone else,

wow!!!!!

Assuming the OP is for real

If you had come here and found out the two of you didn't get along and you married someone else in the 90 days then went back to ?? and filed a k3/cr1 you might be ok

If she has already left you , coming on a visa that is intended to be used for marriage would be big trouble. As soon as you got to the US point of entry and presented the visa to enter you are guilty of material misrepresentation and subject to a lifetime ban.
