what you said in your previous post was that anyone "against hunting at all has issues". Now it appears it is only those who then go on to eat the life they have hunted and killed, or that has been hunted and killed for them that have issues.

IMO killing wolves in this way isn't hunting. Now, I'm not a hunter nor do I think I could ever be one, however, again IMO those who criticize hunting and hunters had better be 100% vegan....because if you aren't, then you're a hypocrite.

I oppose senseless killing and cruel killing, for sure. But, I come from a long line of farmers and hunters and I daresay I'd have starved as a child had it not been for the beef and pork provided by the animals my father raised. I actually was a vegetarian for many years, but could never bring myself to be fully vegan.

So, killing wolves this way = not hunting. Just like I wouldn't call clubbing baby seals hunting....

The US wouldn't be what it is today without Lincoln. In some respects, that may have been a good thing. We wouldn't be wasting trillions of dollars in the Middle East today. In other ways it wouldn't have been even though cotton might still be much cheaper. It's all ole' Abe's fault. Awesome.

Unless you're out there with a knife, or MAYBE a bow, it's not REAL hunting. Picking off something from 300 yards away with a high power rifle isn't exactly what I would call manly. Skillful, perhaps. But not manly.

I don't see much difference between picking something off from 300 yards away whether you're standing on the ground, or flying in a plane. If anything, the plane is more challenging because it's moving around.

But these wolf lovers are REALLY crying about killing wolves, period. They're just using the plane factor as an excuse for sympathy. At the end of the day, most of the wolf lovers are anti-hunting, period. They're just working their agenda one step at a time.

And again, I'm not a hunter and frankly, unless you don't live near a grocery store, I really don't "get it". I've lived in Alaska for over 15 years. Never been hunting. Never been fishing. Really have no desire to. But nevertheless, once again - if you're against the killing of wolves from an airplane, then don't do it. Leave everyone else alone - especially if you don't even live here.
