hi and welcome to visa journey there is plenty of help and information on this site also there is an australian forum that has lots of help and information from other aussies that have been or are going through the process to find it at the top of the page go to forums, scroll down to regional discussions, click and go to Asia east and pacific, then the land down under there are lots of us there to advice and loads of information hope this helps

My friend needed a discussion forum for Australian immigration or spousal visas, his fiancee is in Australia and the are friend since 5 years and still they have no progress, because they dont know what they should do next.

8-12-2004 I moved to New Zealand(married my Kiwi in US 5/04)

1-12-2006 Received initial packet - It has I-130, I-864 & DS-230 Part 1, DS-2001 & tons of instructions.

Gathering paperwork that we don't have:

5-30-2006 - I-130 FILED AND ACCEPTED BY AUCKLAND CONSULATE!- INTERVIEW: 6/13/2006
