Got the same phone call today, Thursday at 6:00 PM, asking to do the oath the day after tomorrow or the 29th of October. My husband had to go with the 29th because he booked and paid for a business trip TODAY for Monday and will need his US passport. I don't think they understand that people who immigrate legally have jobs and work. Which means, some people have to make plans.

02/06/08 N-400 filed

02/08/08 N-400 received

02/12/08 check cashed

03/08/08 NOA

03/21/08 Fingerprint

05/29/08 Interview - passed - told will be scheduled for June 25th Oath

07/14/08 Info Pass - told everything is good, wait for Oath letter

07/16/08 Received notice requesting more info(want tax transcripts)

09/24/08 Oath Ceremony - Postponed - thanks to Hurricane Ike

no calls for me too but :devil: hey i can go this weekend i am ready for it anytime anywhere where did some of you got the call from any idea should i call uscis tommorow and schudule myself or just wait for the oath letter what you think. thank you

i just saw my caller id it shows some one calls me at 6 too but i was'nt home the name on the id shows GTRUS PHONE NUMBER STARTS WITH 281 774-**** CAN SOME ONE CONFIRM THIS PLEASE RIGHT NOW FOR ME THANK YOU

They called my husbands cell.......caller ID 281 774-6999. I hope you can get through. You can have our space, we can't go! Good luck!!!!

So did anybody who didn't go to the Oct 4th interview, get a letter saying that you missed your oath interview and there will be a letter coming for when they will resechedule you. A bit scary because we were told we either had a choice and told them our choice on the phone. So why is it worded you missed "your" oath ceremony?
