hello to everyone ..im new to this site and i just wanna ask something about proof of relationship ...do we need to submit my fiancee and me the photocopy of our cards....and the phone call bills...or only me the petitioner...im just confused.thank u

im just starting to gather all the documents for I129f do i need to submit the photocopy of my cards eg...birthday cards and my fiancee's cards ..or just mine ...thanks

Make at least 2 copies one for the immigration and one for your self and it's always a good idea to keep the originals with you for future references.

I am not an expert but I think the number 1 proof of an ongoing relationship is in pictures of you guys together: hugging, kissing, holding hands, etc. Nothing can beat that as proof of a relationship.

Actually for USCIS, pictures are not considered primary evidence. What they look for is passport stamps, ticket stabs/boarding passes from trips to see each other, bills.

Jca, what they need to see with your I-129F is proof that you and your love have met in person in the past two years. So, basically they need to see paper trail that puts you two in the same place at the same time. If you fiance visited you - send boarding pass or official iternary or copy of his visa or visa stamp from border crossing. Add several pics, some chat logs and couple emails/cards for a good measure and you should be fine. Good luck!
