Oi vey...especially on the second one! Her and her husband should have planned ahead with the AOS process...it sounds like they didn't.

In the first one...the "working online" thing...isn't that a spam post?

At least no one asked if they can get married while waiting for a K1. That's my fav. Though the 2nd was pretty awesome.

AOS

Mailed AOS, EAD and AP Sept 11 '07

Recieved NOA1's for all Sept 23 or 24 '07

Bio appt. Oct. 24 '07

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08

I remember a long time ago there was a post stating "We applied for the K1 visa, but got married before we received it... was this wrong?" :wacko:
