My husband and I are preparing for the things to be submitted for AOS... we have some more question though. We will really appreciate any help and advise:

He is now under unemployment benefit since he has been laid off... we have a co-sponsor. My question is.. Does he needs to put on the income he has for an employment in the affidavit of support form? he is currently seeking for employment though but so far no lack.

Do we need to notarized the Affidavit of Support form?

Does he needs to fill up the G-325 form?

Is it ok if we'll submit just his '07 ITR?

Looking forward for your help...thanks a lot!

HI I dont have all the answers but I know few. With the I-864 (affidavit of support form) does not need to be notarized, G-325A is for you only (intending immigrant) and for ITR yes the current one (2007) is needed, will be good if the last 3 years will be submitted (2007,2006,2005) and W-2s too. I just asked my husband now about unemployment benefits is also an income so I guess you can include copies of receipts of montly unemployment benefits and you guys will use a co-sponsor anyways so I guess that will be enough given that the co-sponsor will have an income above poverty line. Good luck to you
