Hi everyone,

Would it be any problem that we show I sent her money every month? I told her to stop working and spend more time to learn English her work did not allow her to have any time to do anything else. I thought it would be better for her to practice English.

Thanks!

I don't know that that is such a good idea. I've seen others say that sending money makes it appear as the relationship is based on financial gain, not love. And China has a tough consulate so it seems, so I don't know that if I were in your shoes, I would be willing to take a risk along those lines.

 its not good idea at all to show them that

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

I told my SO the same thing. She said she could only find work for 1000RMB a month and for that amount (less than $150) I told her to forget it and concentrate on getting herself and her daughter ready for the USA. I send her that amount instead. Now she calls me her "boss" and I call her my "Chairwoman." I am not afraid that I am being used but I am not going to say anything to the VO. I will show the receipts for gifts like flowers on holidays and presents on birthdays. Plus the engagement ring of course. If you want to show monthly receipts, just show the gift ones.

moving right along

What you're doing is a good idea and pretty common but as evidence it doesn't help and can hurt. Keep the receipts and have them available but only mention them if directly asked about it. Then concentrate on other forms of bona fides evidence. Time together is the best evidence.

A Warning to Green Card Holders About Voting

If that is all you have to show as 'evidence' then.... not a good idea. Our packet though included western union receipts (email confirmations over a period of time from western union numbering about 10-15) NOTE: As well we had, pictures-letters-emails-chats-cards-receipts from the trip there, phone records.

The way I (we) looked at it, a relationship is more than letters & pics....it also involves time & money, sacrifices made. JMHO

Yes, a relationship requires time & money, usually in the form of travel and postage. Sending our SO money in no way proves the relationship is bonafide.

As mentioned several times above, in China, and other high fraud posts, this is NOT a good idea even if you have a boat load of evidence to support your relationship. At many of these Consulates you are 'guilty until proven innocent'... showing that your U.S. fiance is sending you money each month does nothing to help establish a bonafide relationship. If anything, it only adds fuel to the fire for the Consulate's presumption that you are involved in a green card marriage. Visit www.candleforlove.com and you will find the same answers.

The cards, notes, gifts, travel docs & engagement ring receipts are good proof.

good luck

Hi everyone,

I want to thank everyone for your comments, I will tell her not to show any money I sent her, we have enough e-mails, cards, phone bills and gifts.

We have more than 1000 emails I assume i should copy just a few for each month, otherwise we need a box for them.

Thanks!

Well, you wouldn't send money to someone you don't know, don't have a relationship with, or don't trust? That's all i am trying to point out here. I would hope that anyone filing any papers to bring anyone here to the USA would make sure in their hearts that its legitimate before they even visit another country, which if we are judging motives here, is really not proof either that a relationship is legitimate, yet is one of the requirements as proof.

I am sure that in some countries a SO ( a Fiance') has the financial capability to pay the cost on their end for all that has to be accomplished when filing a K1, and the flight after approval of a K1, however, in some cases when bringing someone from some other countries, this is not true. The cost for flights to and from an embassy, hotels, printing, documents needed and loss of time at work for some is a challenge financially. Also, the cost to make calls from other countries, and internet cafe's can be expensive for some. Even a stamp or writing paper is burdensome for those that financially take care of their families first before themselves or their own needs.

Having a little spending money sent as proof also of a relationship, is no harm. It, in my opinion, also shows you have the financial capability to take care of someone, whether here or there in their country. Which is a G325 requirement, more proof.

We successfully have gone through this process without any RFE's, request for more evidence as proof. Thats all I know.
