Hi folks,

has anyone encountered situation where the names and address have typos i.e. on the NOA1 associated with EAD and I-485?

what's the best way to rectify it? I would like my wife to use her married last name, can we request the EAD and Greencard in that format?

Is it a typo or did you fill out the form wrong?

They screwed up my name on NOA1. There's an option in the voice system. Get to an operator, and they can submit the correction.
