Good day,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has completed its processing of the visa petition you mentioned in your letter and has forwarded the petition to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General for further processing.

Any further inquiries should be directed to the assigned US Embassy or Consulate General.

I just responded to your other post. So yes, it was AP. Well now it goes back to the hands of the consulate. Now they review what the security checks have found. I would expect a couple of weeks for this. Anyone correct me if I am wrong. You mentioned in your other post that the lawyer told you not to get to excited. Is there a red flag that has you concerned? I rarely have seen a case come back after AP that hasn't got the visa shortly after.

I hope this is your good news!
