Well- I've been away for a little while. Got the kids RFE's cleared up and got their NOA2's--- just haven't gotten their numbers or any communication from NVC yet. It should be any day. I haven't done anything more with Adrian's paperwork because I wanted the kids stuff to catch back up to his- we can't afford two trips to MTL.

Anyway- praying that NVC info comes for the kids soon so I can pay the 70 dollars and get the ball rolling again. Can I pay that online--- I know I can pay IV online...

Anyone know the current wait for interview for MTL? or can anyone tell me how long they waited for an interview date? I really need to see some light at the end of the tunnel at this point..... just having a low moment I suppose. I know we all go through it.... I just wish no one had to suffer through this.... :( This has truly been a test in learning to be patient hasn't it ?

Also what can we expect for the medical for the kids? Will they make them undress and so forth ? We want to prepare them the best we can....

  19. RFE's received DS-230 and I-864 10/27/08
  20. Overnighted corrected information to NVC 10/29/08
  21. NVC received corrected DS-230 and I-864 10/30/08
  22. Case complete at NVC !!! 11/6/08 (received notification via email)
  23. Interview scheduled for 1/16/09 in MTL- hoping to schedule the medical early in the same week
  24. 1/16/09- CR-1/APPROVED !!
  25. 1/23/09- Visas arrived !!
  26. Coming home forever- January 30 2009 !

Guess "any day now" is TODAY- the kids' paperwork is at the NVC and I have their numbers. YAY--- the ball is back in motion.

I found when I needed something if I posted about it, it usually happened that day or within a few days.

Wonder if the consulate at MTL has a spy on here..... :rofl:

Congrats on the process.

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived
