08/19 Medical Exam completed - healthy oh yeah!!!!!!!!

POE- Atlanta then MCO - October 15th with the cat "GIT" on board lol - POE SUPER SWEET

I did have to go through the congressman route: and it was immediately approved.

Coincidence? maybe --maybe not. I sent the office a photo and they said they sent that along

with the old "what's going on with this case" inquiry.

It was a hell year not knowing when they'd put me in the system, but so much better now.

I guess its been an excuse for extra trips to asia.

Wow, a year. That sucks you had to wait that long.

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

I actually just wrote a letter to my congressment yesterday. How long did it take for you to hear soemthing from them, the congressmen?

1 day...

I would call them on the horn first. Fill out a privacy release, mail it and then they are free to contact their contacts.

Again I'm not sure if it was coincidence or not, but after waiting over a year, it happened that they discovered I was approved. Finally got the NOA2 in the snail mail too so now the ball is in NVC's court. So glad to be out of Vermont.

Can you tell me how long ago have you got approved and you didn't know?

I am wondering if VSC is working now or still sleeping . it looks like no i130's getting aprovals at VSC.
