HELLO GUYS...

I JUST NEED SOME OPINION HERE...

MY HUSBAND'S REAL NAME IS MAXIMO THE ONLY LEGAL NAME HE EVER HAD IN ALL HIS ID AND EMPLOYMENT AND NATURALIZATION DOCS... SO IN THE FORM G-325A THAT WE SUBMITTED WE ANSWERED NONE TO OTHER NAMES USED...

MY HUSBAND'S NICK NAME IS MARLON SINCE HE WAS JUST A CHILD HE IS POPULARLY KNOW BY THIS NAME SO...

THE NAME HE USED WHEN HE WRITES IS MARLON... SOMETIMES HIS REMITTANCE RECORD HE WOULD USE MARLON...

SO IF I PRESENT THAT TO THE CONSUL ARE THEY NOT GOING QUESTION THAT???

BUT ALL LEGAL DOCS LIKE, PASSPORT ,ID BANK RECORD, EMPLOYMENT, TAX RETURN... ...

WHAT DO YOU THINK...

Should use his legal (real) name as shown on his NSO records. Marlon is just a nickname as mostly used by friends/family and is not applicable on legal transactions.

When you see a question ANOTHER NAME use, it means legal names that he/she had used before and was change legally. So you are right by putting maximo in the form.

actually when they asked me for other names used, i wrote down my nickname. let's say my birth name is peggy gonzales but people call me lucy. so after i got married of course my last name changed to peggy princess. whenever they asked for other names used, i always wrote down lucy gonzales, peggy gonzales, and lucy princess. i never had any problems with it, and figured i would write down my nickname since it's not even derived from my real name. what if they actually called people and asked for peggy? not a lot of people know me as peggy, but as lucy. i just did it to cover my butt. it's your call!

Lord blessed be Your name!
