Hello,

I read several times on different forums the word "touched".

What does that mean ? Does that mean that your case had been read or opened by an officier ?

How can you know that ? With the status online on uscis.gov website ?

Thanx

Juliette

I can't quite understand your timeline, you have that your NOA1 was received September 28, its only the 18th now. Did you just put the wrong date in there? Once you do have your NOA1 go onto the USCIS website and register. It will ask for your receipt number and then you can follow along to see when they worked on your file - hence -"touched" GOOD LUCK!
