WHO UPDATES THE TIMELINES???

I was just looking at my timeline here on VJ and noticed that the ESTIMATED time for our visa to be adjudicated is DEC 29 - JAN 28. Just a couple of days ago it was mid November, early December.

How did we lose a month on an estimated timeline? Is CSC falling that far behind and that slow that we are now adding months to our timelines? I just dont get it and hope someone could explain it to me better. If they need help, I'll take a few days off of work to help them out...

I also went to check Igor's list and noticed that the last NOA2 approval stated a date of 2009-03-10 ??

sometimes people forget to fill in their time lines when the get noa2 so that also effects what the time line says

It looks like that's a mistake in their timeline, as they already have the visa. Someone should PM them and tell them to update their timeline.......

Estadia, I was feeling all down about my case being almost 7 months, but 1 year? Do they have any explanation for that at all? Even with the notes on your timeline, you have way more patience than me.

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On September 15, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

If it is, mine was received by them in May. I wouldn't count on those dates, they're pretty wrong.

Estadia, see if writing to or calling your congressman helps. Sometimes that helps it along.
