Hi All,

Hope this post finds you well.

Just a quick question: i have completed all the AOS documents: the I485, 131, 765 for my spouse. And the I864 sponsorship form, as i am the only sponsor.

But i feel like i'm missing something. Do i have to send in anything for myself (the USC) other than tax returns and funds-related documents for the I864? My birth certifcate? Or passport? Nothing?

Wish us luck,

and Thanks!!!

Woo-hoo!

(Sorry, i think i meant to post this in the AOS section)

Thanks for your responses, and glad to hear it! It just feels weird sending everything out without a copy of my birth certificate or my passport somewhere...? Maybe the whole K1 process has scarred me for life?
