I-134 and I-865 confusion . . .

Hi,

My fiance entered the US (after a successful interview) on September 3 2008 and we are now in the Adjustment of Status loop.

Can I use data from my original I-134 data - specifically: Income Tax and earnings statements, bank statements and employer's letter as evidence for the I-864?

Also, do I have to have the I-864 notarized separately?

I-864 don't need to be notarized. With regards to the statements used for I-134 like income tax and earnings statement, well its still last years tax 2007 so you can used that although you can include current paystubs of this year. For the bank statements and employer's letter, my husband acquired a current one because the figures in there changes even just within months. Good luck

The I864 information should be as current as practical. If your income is sufficient, the employer letter and letter from a bank can be done without. Just provide the tax returns and some recent pay stubs.
