uscis recieved the 129f application and check is cashed.checked the case number behind the check

and it says case recieved and pending.does this means they look at the application already?or they just cash the check even without looking at the application first?

Case recieved and pending is a generic term, it will say that all of the time it sits at the center until you recieve RFE, Approval etc;.

There should be a date (on the USCIS site at your case status) that will inform you of any 'touches' which basically means your file was scanned, some people get tonnes some get none.

On the other hand , Congratulations on having your cheque cashed, its one more step completed!.

It just means they received and "pending" the processing of the large stack of other cases sitting on top of yours.

It just means they received it and put it in a box until the time to look at it comes whcih will hopefully be soon!
