A few different questions

Hi everyone. I have learned so much amazing information so far, but I still have a few questions.

First, my husband has 2 boys, but we aren't going to be applying for them to come over at this point, so do I still include them on the I-130 application? It's not a problem if I do add them, I just don't want their mom to get a letter stating that we are applying for them to move to the US because we aren't, that that would cause problems. However, on the form it does ask for all the children's information, so do I fill it in or not?

Second, once the process has been started, is it a problem for his to come visit me on the VWP? He can stay for up to 90 days, and the money wouldn't be an issue. He would be able to fly back there for his interview/medical etc., but we would like for him to be able to be here if he can.

Thanks in advance! x

When asked to list the beneficiary's children, list them accurately. You're filing one petition for one potential visa applicant. Their mother won't be getting any mail regarding her former husband's visa process.

As for visiting, there must be at least one new thread on the subject every day. Read some of them.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
